- Admission application form (form designated by our school).
- Resume (form specified by our school).
- Graduation certificate (Certificate of final educational background, certificate of expected graduation (enrollment) for those who are expected to graduate).
- Transcript or Report card.
- Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test, etc. Or Japanese language study certificate (more than 150 hours).
- Photographs (6 photos) (within 6 months, 4cm x 3cm) and photo data.
- Certificate of Employment (those who are employed after graduating from the last educational background in their home country).
- Copy of passport (page with photo).
- Birth certificate.

- Bank balance certificate

- Income certificate (taxation certificate or withholding certificate)
- Bank balance certificate
- Copy of passbook (1 year to 3 years)…… depends on the Japanese Language School
* If you do not have a copy of your passbook, please submit a document describing the process of fund formation.
Notes on application documents
- Documents must be submitted within 6 months from the date of issue for applicants from your home country, and within 3 months for applicants from Japan.
- Fake documents will not be accepted. If we find any forged documents, the further process will be terminated, and the applicant should bear all the responsibilities and outcomes that occur ahead.
