- Photocopy of original citizenship certificate and English translation of citizenship
- Passport photocopy if applicant have
- Statement of purpose to study in Japan
- Recommendation letter from school/college or working place which the student belongs
- Gap certificate if the student has some gap in academic history

- Bank Balance certificate with a statement of 3 years transactions
- Annual income certificate for 3 years
- Occupation letter if your sponsor is employee
- Company registration certificate if your sponsor runs company by himself
- Other supporting documents to prove how income generated
- Property valuation
- Tax clearance for 3 years
- Relationship certificate to make sure the relationship between the applicant and its sponsor
- Sponsor letter
- Address Verification
